Within the first 30 days of membership, a member can upgrade their membership plan for a prorated difference of cost between the existing plan and the plan desired if services were already used; costs will be as follows: to upgrade a bronze to a silver cost $125, to upgrade a bronze to a gold cost $250 and to upgrade a silver to a gold cost $ 150. Within the first 30 days of membership, a member can upgrade their membership plan for the difference in cost between the existing plan and the desired plan if services have not been used.
IND members cannot use more than 1 service call at any given time. Any additional services rendered will be charged at contract price Unless a valid Moto-club card and/or personal identification are present at time of service, you will be charged for the service provided at commercial rates.
When using service call as a tow all miles exceeding contracted complementary miles per tow are paid for at agreed upon cost per extra mile rate immediately after services were rendered.
Membership fees are a onetime payment.
Moto-tow will not release any vehicle that we have performed service on, without first being paid in full (unless a special written and signed agreement has been made between management and the client)
All transport of IND members motorcycle, using emergency service, must end at one of the following locations: Members registered personal address
Members preferred mechanic address
Moto-Club service center
All memberships will be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested in writing prior to experiation date.
Any work done by Moto-tow is covered by warranty for 14 days or 300 miles. If damages were caused by owner miss use or mechanical error by bike owner or another mechanic Moto-tow does not cover it.
Moto-tows one hour response guarantee is actually a guarantee that we will dispatch a service vehicle to you in the shortest time possible from time of received call. In the event that the client is located further than one hour away from the nearest service vehicle, Moto-Tow/Moto-Club guarantees to be there in the shortest time possible. In the event that all our service providers are occupied, clients will be serviced in the order in which their service call was placed. Terms, condition, plans, and prices are subject to change without notice at any given time without notifying the client.
Clients plan will remain the same for the contracted period, unless otherwise agreed and signed by both parties.
Any work which Moto-tow cannot perform at its home base or client’s location will be out sourced to certified mechanics. Any mistakes or damages caused to a Moto-tow clients bike by an outsourced mechanic are not Moto-tows financial responsibility, while we will try our best to resolve the issue between our clients and our outsource mechanics the issue is ultimately between the client and the outsource mechanic.
A 14 day grace period will be granted to any member in whom they can purchase their new membership without having to pay an enrolment fee. During this period if the member were to need emergency service they would be able to call and get emergency service at the contracted cost of an additional service or tow as stipulated by their expired contract.
Bulk discounts are discounts for group memberships. 10 memberships or more under one administer are eligible for tailored plans along with competitive rates.
Any member who pays for a 2 year membership in advance is eligible for a 10% discount; for a 3 year advance member signup a member will eligible for a 15% discount; these discounts are referred to as “advance” discounts.
Customer states that no articles of their personal property have been left in the vehicle and Moto-tow is not responsible for inspection thereof.
Moto-tow is not responsible for the unavailability of parts or delay in the shipment of parts if it is outside of Moto-tows control.
Moto-tow is authorized to deliver the vehicle described herein to any person presenting this receipt. In addition to any legal remedies available, I authorize said dealer to have a lien on the vehicle described herein for all charges for repairs, including labor and parts, storage and/or towing, and to enforce such lien, said dealer is hereby expressly authorized to sell said vehicle at public auction after giving a 20 day written notice by certified mail to the legal owner, registered owner, and department of motor vehicles of intent to do so. On the sale date, the vehicle shall be sold to the highest cash bidder and the proceeds of sale must be used first to satisfy the lien plus storage cost and costs incident to the sale, and the balance shall be forwarded to the legal owner, or if none, to the registered owner, or if the address is unknown, it shall be forwarded to the department of motor vehicles. Attorney’s fee can be included in said expenses of sale.
Paint jobs only apply to actual painting of bikes Moto-tow does not do body work and will not repair damages on anything you want painted, we will just paint what u send us.
